MusK salt soap, Salt Flower

Soľný kvet is one of the soaps in the MusK salt range. The soaps are made from a combination of saponified oils, namely coconut oil, black cumin oil and cupuacu butter. This combination of oils was chosen to soften the skin and help restore its natural moisture and elasticity. We believe you will fall in love with salt soaps just as we have. The carefully chosen combination of oils ensures a rich, creamy lather, and the added essential oils leave a delicate scent on your skin. We live by the principle that less is sometimes more, which is why you will not find heavily perfumed soaps here, but rather gentle natural fragrances. Our salt soaps contain a high amount of finely ground sea salt, which makes them hard and gives them beneficial properties. This soap will do best if you keep it nice and dry between uses. It is happiest resting on a soap dish or hanging from a magnetic holder, in a net bag or on a string. It will reward you by lasting longer, extending the pleasure of using it. All our soaps are handmade using the cold process. This is a traditional method of soap making in which oils and butters are mixed with a sodium hydroxide solution, triggering a chemical reaction known as saponification . Each soap must cure in the air, ideally for at least 4 weeks, until it reaches the right pH; only then do we wrap it and send it to you. Our soaps are made in small batches, so individual batches may differ slightly in design, colour or fragrance.
