  Basic raw materials, additives and active ingredients, colourants and fragrances, packaging and candle-making supplies — you can cover your entire purchase in a single order.

• The larger the volume, the better the price

  Once your registration is approved, you buy at wholesale prices — the larger the order, the better the price. For specific order volumes we will prepare individual prices tailored to you.

• Prices excluding VAT directly in the shop

  Once you log in, you see wholesale prices on the product pages, in the basket and at checkout — clearly excluding VAT, with no price lists in attachments.

• Complete documentation

  Certificate of analysis (CoA) for the batch, allergen declaration, IFRA certificate, technical data sheets and the safety data sheet for the products you have purchased.

• Wholesale pack sizes

  Raw materials from 25 kg sacks through 20 l jerrycans to 210 l drums, packaging in large cartons — for example jars in cartons of 960.

• 10 years of experience

  We have been working with raw materials and packaging since 2015 and we deliver to more than 25 countries.

Who wholesale is for

Wholesale registration is intended for official manufacturers and workplaces operating in the field of cosmetics — from small workshops to production facilities that buy raw materials in sacks and drums.

How to get started

1. Register

   Create an account and tick the “I am buying for a company” option during registration. Simply enter your company registration number — the company name, tax number, VAT number and registered address are filled in automatically from the commercial register, and we verify the VAT number in the VIES system.

2. Get in touch

   Write to us at [email protected] to let us know that you are interested in wholesale cooperation. We will review your registration and unlock wholesale prices for you.

3. Buy at wholesale prices

   Once you log in, wholesale prices excluding VAT are shown automatically — you order directly in the online shop, just as conveniently as before.

How wholesale prices work

We set wholesale prices individually when we review your registration and they are not hidden away in PDF price lists — once you log in you see them right on the product pages and order in the usual way through the shop. For regular or specific orders we can also set individual prices for a particular customer.

The unit price also falls as the pack size grows — the same raw material with the same documentation, just on a different scale.

Product counts change over time — you will find the current range directly in the shop.

Wholesale pack sizes

You can try out your formulation on samples from as little as 1 g and then move up to production scale with the same raw material and the same documentation. For workshops and production facilities we keep over a hundred items in packs from 5 kg or 5 l:

• 25 kg sacks — butters, salts and powdered raw materials; selected items also in 100 kg
• 20 l jerrycans and canisters — liquid raw materials
• 210 l drums — the largest packs of liquid raw materials and solvents
• wholesale cartons of packaging — for example jars in cartons of 960 or plastic bottles in cartons of 455

Product documentation

For every raw material we keep the documents you need for the safety assessment and for notifying your own product:

• Certificate of analysis (CoA) — for the specific batch
• Allergen declaration and IFRA certificate for fragrance components
• Technical data sheet (TDS) — recommended dosage and processing temperatures
• Packaging technical specification (PDS)
• Safety data sheet (SDS / MSDS) — available in your account for the products you have purchased

You will find the documents directly on the product page in the Documentation section — where several batches are valid at once, the batch number is included in the file name.

Delivery of large orders

Standard orders are delivered by parcel carriers to more than 25 countries.

Large orders within Slovakia and the Czech Republic are sent on pallets — on a half pallet or a Euro pallet depending on the weight of the consignment. For wholesale customers we can set up bespoke delivery terms, including pallet delivery or a delivery run — we agree these when your registration is approved.
