Svätý pokoj is a festive soap with a herbal fragrance. This white, sparkling soap will bring you a moment of peace in the hectic run-up to Christmas. Svätý pokoj is a natural, handmade soap made from a blend of olive, coconut, sunflower and almond oils. It is enriched with cocoa butter and shea butter, which are high in vitamin E and antioxidants. It helps soften dry skin and maintain its natural moisture. A carefully chosen combination of oils guarantees a rich, creamy lather , while the added essential oils leave your skin with a delicate fragrance . We believe that less is sometimes more, so you will not find heavily perfumed soaps here, but rather gentle natural fragrances . This soap will last best if you keep it nice and dry between uses. It is happy resting on a soap dish or hanging from a magnetic holder, in a soap net or on a piece of string. It will reward you by lasting longer, so you can enjoy it for even longer. All our soaps are handmade using the cold process . This is the traditional way of making soap, in which oils and butters are mixed with a sodium hydroxide solution, triggering a chemical reaction known as saponification . The soaps are then enriched with herbs, essential oils, vitamins, dyes, cosmetic clays and various other ingredients. Each soap has to cure in the open air, ideally for at least 4 weeks, until it reaches the right pH – only then do we wrap it and send it to you.
