- Description
- The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets . It has a plant-based base and the final soap has excellent foam formation and, thanks to the high glycerin content, it also moisturises the skin very well. It remains liquid for a relatively long time, so it can also be used for more complex projects. During longer standing there is no loss of volume of the soap castings (important especially when creating bouquets). The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan . When colouring the base with ZENICOLOR colourants, it is better to mix 70% of the transparent CLEAR base and 30% of the white WHITE base in order to avoid excessive consumption of colourants. Melting temperature : 65 °C Do not exceed a temperature of 75 °C when heating! Working with the soap base is not demanding at all. It is sufficient to cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which speeds up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in the microwave. Note that the base must not boil , so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil , liquid or powder colourant and, for variety, dried herbs to the melted base. Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles are not formed, which would create holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays of a bubble remover – it is 99% isopropanol – with a spray bottle. The final step is to allow it to solidify. After unmoulding you can use the soap immediately, but we recommendfull description on the product page →

ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used to make soaps and soap bouquets. It has a plant base and the resulting soap has excellent lather and, thanks to its high glycerine content, it also moisturises the skin very well. It stays fluid for a relatively long time, so it can be used even for more complicated projects. Soap castings do not lose volume when left standing for longer (important above all when making bouquets). The soap base contains no animal fats or oils - 100% vegan.
When colouring the base with ZENICOLOR colourants, it is better to mix 70% transparent CLEAR base and 30% white WHITE base to avoid excessive consumption of colourant.

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces; this speeds up the melting stage. Heat the base slowly in a water bath or in a microwave. Take care, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. A few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powder colourant and, for a special touch, dried herbs can be added to the melted base.
Stir slowly so that no unnecessary air bubbles form, as these would leave holes once the soap has set. Pour the soap base into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring we recommend applying a few sprays of bubble remover - 99% isopropyl alcohol. The final step is to let it set. The soap can be used as soon as it is turned out of the mould, but we recommend leaving the base to rest for about 2 weeks for better properties.
