Lauryl Lactyl Lactate is a mild anionic emulsifier and surfactant produced by esterification of lactic acid and lauric acid . It is a substance of natural origin, biodegradable and approved for use in natural cosmetics. It is used mainly as a mild cleansing and emulsifying agent that at the same time improves the moisturization and conditioning properties of products. Due to its character, it is suitable for formulations where high skin tolerance and mildness are required.
