Is it possible to use this jar repeatedly?

The jar can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the container thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the properties of the new fill.

For which type of cosmetic products is this pot most suitable?

The pot is particularly practical for packaging more viscous cosmetic preparations such as lip balms, zinc ointments, body butters, tattoo balms or firmer face and body creams. It will also work well for small quantities of powders, pigments, glitters or solid perfumes where you need easy access to the product with a finger or cosmetic applicator.

How to clean the jar properly before refilling?

First mechanically remove the residues of the original product, then wash the jar with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and let it dry. After drying, it is important to disinfect the inner surface and the thread of the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the jar ready for new filling.

How to safely dispose of or recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters for this packaging. Follow the recycling symbol and the recommendation in the parameter table so that the pot is correctly placed in the appropriate container for sorted collection. In this way you support the efficient processing of the used packaging material and the reduction of environmental burden.
