Thanks to the properties of HDPE plastic, this bottle is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic preparations, cleaning solutions and other formulations where packaging stability, content protection and easy handling during filling and dosing are important.
The transparent design of the packaging allows for visual control of the content, which you will appreciate when setting the dosage, checking sedimentation or when selling finished products to end customers. In addition, the HDPE material is strong and tough, so the bottle withstands normal mechanical stress during storage, transport and everyday use well.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of your cosmetic or technical formulation.
Before repeated use, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with residual product that is compatible with the original formulation, then washing it with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly with clean water. After the inner space of the packaging has completely dried, the bottle must be disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has evaporated is the bottle ready for further safe filling.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the recycling symbol indicated in the product parameters. For HDPE plastic, a container intended for plastic waste is usually used. Before throwing it away, it is advisable to remove product residues and roughly rinse the packaging to facilitate the recycling process. For closures and any dispensers, proceed in the same way according to their material composition indicated for the specific product on the website.
The HDPE material has proven itself especially for aqueous and emulsion cosmetic preparations, for cleaning and utility solutions and for products containing surfactants or oils. However, given the different compositions of formulations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – fill part of the product into the packaging, let it stand for a certain time and observe any changes (softening of the walls, leakage, change in colour of the material). In this way you will verify the long-term stability of the packaging for the specific formulation.
