For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, which help remove residues of the previous filling and reduce the risk of microbial contamination. Only after the packaging has completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local separate collection rules. After emptying the glass bottle, remove any product residues and, according to the recommendations in the product parameters, sort it into the appropriate glass container. Plastic or metal closures should be sorted separately according to their material. By following the recommended method of recycling, you support efficient processing of the packaging material and a reduction in the amount of waste.

This type of glass bottle is most practical for low- to medium-viscosity preparations such as solutions, toners, liquid extracts or oil blends. For thicker formulations, it is advisable to consider combining it with a suitable type of closure or dispenser that will facilitate application, or to choose packaging optimized for very viscous products (for example special dosing pumps or jars). When developing a new formula, we always recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dosing.

In general, glass material is very well tolerated by preparations containing alcohol or essential oils, so this vial is also suitable for such formulations. At high concentrations of essential oils or extremely reactive substances, we recommend testing compatibility not only with the glass, but also with the closure, seal or pipette used. A short stability test under the intended storage conditions will help you verify that there are no changes in fragrance, color or seal integrity.
