| Suitability for contact with cosmetics | Based on the technical documentation for this packaging, we hereby declare that the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and complies with all relevant legal requirements, in particular: - Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. - Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products. - Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, applied by analogy to materials and packaging intended to come into contact with cosmetic products. The packaging material is stable under normal storage and usage conditions of cosmetic products and does not affect their sensory properties (fragrance, colour or texture). |

The customer is responsible for verifying the suitability of the packaging for the intended use and final application, including compatibility with the filled contents; where necessary, appropriate tests should be carried out before use. This declaration is valid as at the date of issue and is kept up to date in accordance with Article 39(2) of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. The current version is identified by the declaration number and revision; upon any change to the packaging data, the previous revision ceases to be valid.
