Ginger CO2-to extract, organic is added to cosmetics as an active ingredient with an antioxidant effect and also as a fragrance component with the spicy scent of ginger root. It is obtained by carbon dioxide extraction from the root of ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) from organic farming.
