Product description
Dropper white, matte smooth (18/410)
Dropper is a closure for precise dispensing liquids drop by drop. It fits onto a small bottle and allows you to dispense the contents in a controlled manner, drop by drop — without spilling or overpouring. It is suitable wherever a small, precisely measured amount matters: with serums, oil blends, tinctures, active concentrates or essential oils.
It combines a glass tube, a silicone bulb for drawing up liquid, and a white matte collar with an 18/410 thread. The matte surface looks uniform and clean, pairing well with both matte and clear bottles.
Key benefits
- Precise dispensing – liquid is drawn in individual drops, which is practical when working with concentrated actives and essential oils.
- Glass tube – glass is inert, does not react with the contents and is easy to clean, making it suitable for alcohol-based and oil-based preparations as well.
- Standard 18/410 thread – fits bottles with the same neck finish, so it can be combined with widely available packaging.
- Cosmetic grade – materials are suitable for contact with cosmetic preparations and comply with the relevant regulatory requirements.
Suitable for products such as
The dropper is suitable for packaging with liquid to oily contents dispensed in small amounts — facial and hair serums, oil blends and facial oils, hydrophilic oils, tinctures and herbal extracts, active concentrates or essential oil blends for dilution. It is not suitable for thick creams, gels or foams, as dense contents cannot be drawn up through the narrow tube.
Good to know
Before first use, wash the dropper and the glass tube, optionally disinfect with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and allow to dry thoroughly. The glass tube can be reused, but handle it with care — it is thin glass and may chip if dropped or knocked against the bottle neck.
The silicone bulb is flexible and draws well, but with prolonged contact with pure essential oils and strong solvents it may soften or lose elasticity over time. With such contents, check how the bulb performs and replace it if needed.
After dispensing, rinse the tube and allow it to dry — this prevents residue from mixing between different preparations and extends the life of the silicone bulb.
The dropper is a closure and has no volume of its own — fill the bottle to its nominal volume, not to the brim. The headspace above the liquid level is needed for the tube, which submerges into the contents when attached and displaces some liquid. If the bottle were filled to the brim, the contents would overflow when fitting the dropper.
