Suitability for contact with cosmeticsBased on the technical documentation for this packaging, we hereby declare that the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and complies with all relevant legal requirements, in particular: - Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. - Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products. - Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, applied by analogy to materials and packaging intended to come into contact with cosmetic products. The packaging material is stable under normal storage and usage conditions of cosmetic products and does not affect their sensory properties (fragrance, colour or texture).
Suitability for contact with foodBased on the technical documentation for this packaging, we hereby declare that the packaging material is suitable for direct contact with food under normal and foreseeable conditions of use and complies with the relevant legal requirements, in particular: - Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, in particular Article 3 thereof. - Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, where applicable to the packaging material concerned. - Any applicable national provisions on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Under normal and foreseeable conditions of storage and use, the packaging material is stable and does not affect the sensory properties of food (odour, taste or colour), nor does it alter its composition in a way that could endanger human health or mislead the consumer.
Conformity with the PPWR (EU 2025/40)Conformity with the requirements laid down in Articles 5 to 12 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 that apply to this packaging as at the date of issue of this declaration has been demonstrated following the procedure set out in Article 38 and Annex VII. The sum of the concentration levels of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium originating from substances present in the packaging or packaging components does not exceed 100 mg/kg pursuant to Article 5(4). This declaration is kept up to date in accordance with Article 39(2).
