White Plastic Bucket with Lid, 5000 ml

Plastic bucket with lid with a nominal volume of 5000 ml is a complete set for preparing, storing and transporting larger batches of raw materials and finished products. Nominal and total volume

Nominal volume is the volume for which the bucket is designed for normal filling. Total volume to the rim is the physical volume up to the neck and is slightly larger. The difference between them provides a reserve for fitting the lid, for expansion of the contents with temperature changes, and for safe carrying without spillage. The bucket should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the rim. The exact values of both volumes are given in the product parameters.

How to work with the set

The lid is placed directly onto the bucket neck and seals the entire circumference of the container. Before first use, we recommend washing both the bucket and lid with warm water and a cleaning agent, rinsing, disinfecting with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allowing to dry completely. The container is designed for repeated use; after each emptying, it simply needs to be cleaned and dried in the same way.

A self-adhesive label on the bucket wall is suitable for marking the batch, product name or production date.
