Suitability for contact with cosmetics	Based on the technical documentation for this packaging, we hereby declare that the packaging material is suitable for use with cosmetic products and complies with all relevant legal requirements, in particular: - Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. - Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products. - Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, applied by analogy to materials and packaging intended to come into contact with cosmetic products. The packaging material is stable under normal storage and usage conditions of cosmetic products and does not affect their sensory properties (fragrance, colour or texture).
Conformity with the PPWR (EU 2025/40)	Conformity with the requirements laid down in Articles 5 to 12 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 that apply to this packaging as at the date of issue of this declaration has been demonstrated following the procedure set out in Article 38 and Annex VII.
