The brush can be used repeatedly for home use, provided you follow basic hygiene principles and share the brush only within a single person. Before each new filling or dipping into another product, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the brush and disinfecting it with a suitable disinfectant product, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. For professional use in salons, for hygiene reasons it is recommended to use the brushes rather as a single-use tool for a specific client.
Clean the brush by gentle mechanical rinsing in lukewarm water and, if necessary, with a mild cleansing agent suitable for contact with cosmetics. After washing, let it dry thoroughly at room temperature. Afterwards, it is advisable to disinfect the brush with an alcohol-based product, for example using IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %. Do not use high temperatures, boiling or drying in dryers or near sources of intense heat, in order to avoid deformation of the plastic material of the bristles or the handle.

If you decide not to use the brush any longer, we recommend recycling it where possible according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters and the recycling labelling. First remove any cosmetic residues so that it is as clean as possible. Then dispose of it in the appropriate collection container for plastics according to the rules of your municipality. If the local system does not allow sorting of this type of plastic accessory, dispose of it in mixed municipal waste. Always follow local recommendations for sorting and recycling packaging materials.
