Black plastic dropper 71 mm is a practical accessory for precise dosing of drop formulations in cosmetics as well as in laboratory production. The dropper enables comfortable and hygienic application of liquids drop by drop, which makes it ideal for targeted local use and for small doses of concentrated blends.
This plastic component is designed for easy attachment to a compatible bottle or vial and provides better control over the quantity during dosing. In a suitable combination with the correct neck type of the packaging, it helps to minimize contamination of the surroundings, reduces the risk of unwanted product leakage and supports professional packaging of homemade and artisan products.
This dropper is intended for combining with compatible bottles and vials available in the Handymade.sk range. They are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific bottle or container. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of trouble-free use for your specific recipes.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. Before attaching the dropper to the bottle, we recommend checking the compatibility of the neck dimensions and performing a trial filling in order to verify tightness and correct dosing function for your specific product.
The dropper is intended primarily for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity, for example facial serums, light oils or watery solutions. With thicker products, the drop output may be slower, so we always recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dosing with your specific formulation, in order to verify user comfort and consistency of dripping.
The dropper and the corresponding bottle can be reused, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend cleaning the packaging mechanically as thoroughly as possible (rinsing with a suitable cleaner or warm water with detergent, depending on the nature of the previous contents), then allowing it to dry thoroughly and disinfecting it before final use. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the safety of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the dropper and the corresponding packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible of product residues and only then sorting it according to the material type indicated in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade.sk website. Plastic parts usually belong in the appropriate container for plastic waste, and it is advisable to separate combined materials (for example separating the dropper from the bottle if they are made of different materials). Respect local waste sorting rules and the instructions in the product parameters so that recycling is as effective as possible.
Before including it in final production, we recommend carrying out a series of in-house tests: verify the tightness of the joint between the dropper and the bottle when stored in different positions, test dosing (number of drops per millilitre), assess behaviour in prolonged contact with your formulation and the stability of the material under normal storage conditions. These tests will help you confirm that the selected combination of packaging and dropper is functional and user-friendly for your product.
