Airless bottle transparent with aluminium cap 30 ml is a modern cosmetic packaging designed for hygienic and precise dispensing of emulsions, serums and other sensitive preparations. The airless system minimises the contact of the contents with air and touch, thereby contributing to the stability of formulations and comfortable use in the daily skin and body care routine.
This type of bottle is ideal for packaging products that are prone to oxidation or microbial spoilage, because the airless mechanism helps to extend their functional shelf life. The elegant combination of a transparent body and an aluminium cap looks professional and is also suitable for representative or gift packaging of smaller cosmetic series.
This type of airless bottle is supplied as a functional unit with an integrated dispensing mechanism and cap, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, consistent dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of an oil phase, active substances, etc.). In this way you ensure that the chosen container will be long-term stable and user-friendly for your product.

When designing the formulation, we recommend taking into account the type of dispensing and the viscosity of the final product so that the operation of the airless mechanism is smooth and reliable throughout the entire period of use of the packaging.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly emptied, mechanically cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying or evaporation of the alcohol is the packaging ready for further safe use.
Fill the product into the bottle slowly to minimise trapping air bubbles in the emulsion. After filling and closing, press the pump several times until the system “primes” and starts dispensing. For very thick or, on the contrary, very thin formulations we recommend performing a dispensing test and, according to the result, adjusting the viscosity of the formulation or the filling technique. Avoid overfilling the container so that the mechanism can work properly over the full stroke range.
The airless bottle in itself already improves hygiene by limiting direct contact of fingers with the contents. For maximum cleanliness we recommend working in the cleanest possible environment during filling, using disinfected tools and always closing the cap properly after use. In the case of professional applications (salons, studios) it is advisable to keep batch records of the filling date and the product batch, so that traceability and control over the hygiene and shelf life of the product are ensured.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it responsibly according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove any product residues; where possible, you can dismantle the packaging into a plastic part and an aluminium cap. Sort the individual components into the appropriate containers according to local waste sorting rules. Recycling by material type helps reduce environmental burden and supports the reuse of raw materials.
