Question 1

What is the difference between the cosmetic products and the DIY kits?

Accepted Answer

The MusK cosmetic products are finished goods — soaps, solid shampoos and lip balms ready to use. The Make It Yourself DIY kits are meant for making your own: you prepare a specific product, such as a calendula soap or a bath salt, yourself.

Question 2

What values do the gift vouchers come in?

Accepted Answer

Four gift voucher values are available: €20, €50, €70 and €100.

Question 3

What counts as a cleaning product?

Accepted Answer

The subcategory contains an ironing spray in three fragrances — Cotton Dream, Pure and Summer Vibe — each in a 100 ml and a 300 ml pack.

Question 4

Will I also find raw materials for making cosmetics in this branch?

Accepted Answer

No, this branch gathers finished products, creative kits and vouchers. You will find the individual raw materials in the raw materials, cosmetic additives and colourants and fragrances categories.
