Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if handled correctly. However, it is always necessary to observe basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after cleaning and disinfection is the packaging ready for safe reuse.

How should I properly clean the glass vial before first use?

Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the packaging with a suitable washing agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. Then it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and neck with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way minimises the risk of microbial contamination and is suitable for filling more sensitive formulations.
