Black Fine Mist Sprayer, Smoky Overcap, 18/415, 100 pieces

The fine mist sprayer with an 18/415 neck finish turns an ordinary small bottle into a fine mist spray. It fits bottles with the same thread type and dispenses the contents without tilting or pouring. It is particularly suitable for toners, hydrolates and facial mists, for alcohol-based preparations such as perfume waters or air fresheners, and for thin water-based solutions applied in a fine layer. The pack of 100 is intended for makers who fill smaller batches at one time.

The black sprayer with a smoky overcap gives the bottle a uniform dark look and is most often combined with amber or black glass. The overcap protects the nozzle from dust and from accidental pressing during transport.

Suitable uses

• Toners and hydrolates – thin water-based preparations are the most typical contents for this sprayer, and the mist is applied evenly to the face and hair.
• Perfume waters and alcohol sprays – alcohol solutions have a low viscosity and pass through the nozzle without problems.
• Fresheners and herbal sprays – water-based solutions with a solubiliser and a fragrance component.
• Samples and testers – for volumes from a few millilitres upwards, a sprayer is more suitable than a dropper, and no finger touches the contents during application.

Before filling

The sprayer is designed for low-viscosity liquids. Thicker solutions, gel toners or oils may clog the nozzle or spray unevenly. We recommend testing such contents on a single piece first.

Before fitting, shorten the tube to the height of the bottle so that it ends just above the bottom. A tube that is too long bends inside the bottle and the mist starts to “spit”, while a tube that is too short leaves part of the contents unused.

The material is polypropylene (PP) and the packaging is suitable for contact with cosmetic products. For formulations with a high proportion of essential oils or with non-polar solvents, we recommend checking the behaviour of the plastic parts in the finished product.

Before first filling, rinse the sprayer, including the tube, with distilled water or spray it through with ethanol and leave it to dry completely.
