How should I correctly prepare this bottle with spray dispenser before first use?

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning blend, then with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. To ensure the hygiene and stability of the final product, it is advisable to rinse the inner surface and disinfect the spray dispenser with an alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready to be filled with the chosen formulation.

Can this packaging be used repeatedly?

The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean and disinfect both the medicine bottle and the spray mechanism thoroughly in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and product spoilage. For disinfection, we recommend using alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then fill it again.

Is this packaging suitable for hot or heat-treated products?

Plastic packaging of this type is intended primarily for filling products at normal room temperature or slightly reduced temperature. It is not recommended to fill the bottle with hot blends or to expose it to higher temperatures during sterilization or heating in order to avoid damage to the walls of the packaging or to the spray mechanism.
