Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap, and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured of plant origin. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the lifetime of your cosmetic products.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the bottle before refilling?

Before reuse, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleansing agent, rinsing it thoroughly and letting it dry completely. Then treat the inner walls and the cap with disinfecting alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured of plant origin. Let the disinfectant act and allow the rest to evaporate in the air. Do not use boiling or dishwashing in a dishwasher, in order to avoid damage to the plastic material.

Is this plastic bottle suitable for a dishwasher or for boiling?

The plastic material of the packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher or boiling, there is a risk of deformation of the bottle and the cap, which can negatively affect the sealing and functionality of dispensing. Therefore, for cleaning use only hand washing in moderately warm water and disinfection with alcohol. In this way you will maintain shape stability and long-term usability of the packaging.

How can I safely recycle or dispose of this packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues.
