A flip-top cap with a 28/410 thread in a matt black finish, made from polypropylene (PP). The lid flips open with a single movement and, when the bottle is squeezed, dispenses the contents through a narrow opening — so you can apply the product precisely without unscrewing the entire closure. Practical for everyday use and for formulas applied repeatedly and quickly.

Suitable for liquid and gel formulas dispensed by squeezing the bottle. The matt black finish reduces glare and has an understated appearance; polypropylene is flexible, shatter-resistant and tolerates common cosmetic blends well.

Suitable for

The flip-top cap works best with soft, squeezable bottles and contents of medium viscosity — fluid enough to pass through the dispensing opening, but not so thin that it leaks on its own. It is therefore better suited to shampoos, gels and liquid soaps than to very watery tonics or thick creams, where a pump or wider closure is more practical.

Good to know

• Before the first fill, wash and disinfect the cap with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allow to dry thoroughly.
• PP is reusable; between refills, clean it and allow to dry so that no moisture remains in the thread.
• Polypropylene is resistant to most cosmetic formulations, but high concentrations of essential oils and solvents may affect plastics over time — for such formulations, we recommend verifying compatibility on the finished product.
• The cap is made of recyclable polypropylene.
