Plastic spray pump 18/415, white, 115 mm

The plastic spray pump 18/415 disperses toner, hydrolat or hair mist into a fine cloud of tiny droplets, so the contents are applied evenly, sparingly and without dripping. It is a mechanical sprayer designed for bottles and small bottles with the same neck type. It is best suited for hydrolats, toners, facial and hair mists, alcohol-based fragrant waters or light disinfectant solutions.

The sprayer is made of polypropylene (PP). It is lightweight, break-resistant and suitable for packaging carried in a handbag or used in the bathroom. It comes in white with a transparent dip tube. The packaging is suitable for use with cosmetic products.

What the spray pump is suitable for

It works best with thin, water-based or alcohol-based contents: hydrolats, facial toners, light mists, hair sprays, fragrant waters and colognes, cleaning or disinfectant solutions with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. It can also be used in the household, for example for herbal infusions to freshen textiles.

It is also suitable for travel and sample packaging, where the customer appreciates lightweight packaging and dosing without spilling.

Good to know

Before the first filling, rinse the sprayer with clean water or ethanol and let it dry thoroughly. On first use, press the head several times without liquid until the tube fills and the mechanism starts dosing.

The dip tube has the length stated in the parameters. If it is too long for your bottle, shorten it with a sharp knife or scissors with an angled cut. The angled end does not stick to the bottom and draws up more reliably. The tube should reach just above the bottom, not rest against it.

Fill the bottle to the nominal volume, not to the brim. A reserve at the neck is needed to submerge the tube and the mechanism, otherwise the contents are pushed out when screwing on.

Recycling: the sprayer is made of polypropylene and, after thorough emptying and rinsing, belongs in plastic waste according to the rules in your municipality.
