100 ml glass vial is a universal bottle suitable for professional and home packaging of cosmetic products, pharmaceutical solutions and various liquid mixtures. High-quality glass provides a stable and hygienic environment for the contents, making the packaging ideal for precisely dosed products as well as smaller production batches.
This packaging is popular for filling liquid preparations that require precise dosing with a dropper or other applicator, but also for gentle solutions, serums or concentrates with higher demands on purity and stability of the packaging.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass vial can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and subsequently disinfect it, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the complete drying of the inner surface is the bottle ready for further use.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a mild detergent suitable for laboratory and cosmetic glass. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying the inner and outer surfaces, carry out disinfection using alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). After the alcohol has evaporated and complete drying, the vial can be refilled.
The glass vial is suitable for aqueous and oil-based formulations, as well as for slightly viscous preparations. However, the key is the choice of a suitable closure – for oils and serums droppers or pipettes are most often used, which allow precise drop-by-drop dosing, while for lighter solutions screw caps or sprayers are practical. Before final use, we recommend making a trial filling and verifying the smoothness of dosing for your specific formulation.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial should be disposed of in a container intended for glass, while any plastic or metal parts of the closure should be separated and placed in the appropriate container according to the material. Before recycling, it is advisable to remove coarse product residues by rinsing so that they do not affect the quality of the collected waste.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filter panel will be displayed at the top of the page, where you can sort the packaging according to the type of neck, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, vials and other containers that will match your formulation, design and dosing requirements.
The choice of closure depends on the consistency and method of use of the product. For concentrated serums and oils, droppers or pipettes are most often used, which allow drop-by-drop application. For toners, aqueous solutions or hair treatments, screw caps or fine sprayers are suitable. For each new product, we recommend testing the selected combination of packaging and closure to verify the sealing, dosing comfort and stability of the contents during storage.
