Disc top cap aluminium/PP with gold surface and black center is an elegant functional closure that gives your bottle or vial a professional appearance and ensures comfortable, controlled dispensing. Thanks to the combination of high-quality aluminium and durable PP plastic, it is suitable for packaging various liquid cosmetic formulations where both product protection and user comfort are important.
This type of disc top closure allows easy opening by gently pressing the upper part and precise dosing without unnecessary contact with the contents, which is ideal especially for liquid preparations that require hygienic and repeated application. In combination with a properly selected bottle, it creates a reliable closing system suitable for home as well as professional use.
This disc top cap is intended for combination with compatible bottles and vials with a corresponding neck, thus creating a functional dispensing system for liquid products. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, the behaviour of the closure in long-term contact with the specific formulation, and any change in viscosity or colour of the contents.

The disc top cap is designed primarily for liquid and medium-viscosity preparations, such as waters, light emulsions and oils. With thicker creams and gels, dosing may be less smooth, so we recommend always doing trial filling on a smaller batch to verify flow, application comfort and overall compatibility with the specific composition.
The cap can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to disassemble the closure to the extent allowed by its construction, mechanically clean it from residues of the previous product and then disinfect it thoroughly. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA or ethanol, available in our range. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then use them again for filling a new batch.
If you decide not to reuse the cap, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before putting it into waste, remove product residues and, if necessary, rinse it. Then sort the closure into the appropriate container according to local waste management rules (usually plastic or metal waste, depending on the predominant material specified for the product). Always follow the current recommendations of your municipality or collection company so that recycling is as effective as possible.
The cap can also be used on other bottles or vials provided they have the same neck type and size as specified in the product parameters. Before actual use, we recommend testing whether the closure can be screwed on without problems, seals well and does not leak during storage or when shaken. At the same time, test the behaviour of the closure material in contact with your specific formulation, especially if it contains a high proportion of solvents or active substances.
