Product description
Plastic sprayer 28/410 with a black head and knurled collar turns thin aqueous or alcoholic contents into a fine mist. Suitable for products applied over a wide area and in a thin layer: toners and refreshing facial sprays, hydrolats, hair waters, hand and surface cleansing and disinfecting solutions, aqueous solutions for textiles, and room fragrances. Designed for bottles with a 28/410 neck finish.
The head and collar are made of polypropylene (PP), which tolerates aqueous and common alcoholic contents. The dip tube is transparent, making it easy to check that it draws liquid from the very bottom of the bottle. How the sprayer works
- Fine mist – one dose is approximately 0.12 ml, enough for a light veil over the face or even coverage of a larger area with a few pumps.
- Transparent dip tube – you can see whether it reaches the bottom and whether the sprayer is drawing up the last remaining contents.
- Knurled collar – makes it easy to tighten firmly onto the bottle neck even with wet or greasy hands, and keeps the bottle sealed during frequent use.

What to know when filling and using
Before first use, we recommend flushing the sprayer with clean water or an ethanol solution and allowing it to dry. The dip tube is supplied longer than necessary to fit bottles of various heights. If it is too long for your bottle and bends at the bottom, trim it with a sharp knife using a diagonal cut so that it ends just above the bottom. A bent tube often causes the sprayer to stop drawing up the last centilitres of contents.
Polypropylene tolerates common aqueous and alcoholic solutions. However, strong organic solvents, undiluted essential oils, and aggressive cleaners can embrittle the plastic or deform the seal over time. With alcoholic contents, tighten the bottle firmly to minimise evaporation through the thread.
The sprayer is designed for repeated use. When changing contents, rinse it with warm water and pump several times to flush out any residue of the previous product. If it stops working after a period of inactivity, a few dry pumps or a rinse with warm water to loosen dried residue in the nozzle will usually suffice.
The nozzle and valve are sensitive to undissolved particles. Aqueous solutions containing herbal infusions, clay, or undissolved extracts should be filtered first; otherwise the mist turns into an uneven stream and the mechanism clogs.
