Pump dispenser with 18/415 neck thread turns a matching bottle into a package with precise, hygienic dosing. One press delivers approximately 0.3 ml — the right amount for concentrated products used a few drops at a time: facial serums, light emulsions, oil serums, eye creams, or liquid active concentrates. During dispensing, the contents never touch fingers, and exposure to air is far lower than with an open neck, which makes it easier to use leave-on formulations hygienically.

The glossy black-gold finish combines plastic with an aluminium element and pairs well with both dark and clear glass. The transparent cap protects the pump head from dust and accidental actuation during transport while leaving the shape of the dispenser fully visible.

Use and compatibility

The dispenser is designed for bottles with an 18/415 neck thread. When choosing a bottle, the key factors are the neck type (found in the bottle's parameters) and the bottle height relative to the dip tube length. The tube should reach just above the bottom of the bottle. If it is too long for the chosen bottle, it can be cut straight with a sharp knife or scissors so it does not kink. For custom combinations, we recommend verifying the seal and behaviour of the package with the specific formulation.

The dispenser is best suited for products with low to medium viscosity. Formulations containing suspended particles (exfoliating beads, coarser pigments) may clog the valve over time and are not recommended for dispensers of this type. For products with a high proportion of essential oils or solvents, we recommend verifying the behaviour of the plastic parts during stability testing in the actual packaging, as with any closure.

Before first filling, we recommend rinsing the dispenser with clean water or ethanol, or pumping a disinfecting solution through and allowing it to dry completely. For reuse, follow the same procedure and check whether the tube and valve can be thoroughly cleaned. Residues of oils or emulsions can contaminate a new fill, so dispensers used with short-shelf-life products are typically replaced with new ones.

The dispenser is made primarily of polypropylene with an aluminium element. For recycling, we therefore recommend separating the metal part from the plastic according to local sorting options.
