Aluminium bottle, matte black mini trigger sprayer, smooth collar, 100 ml

An aluminium bottle with a 24/410 neck finish and a matte black mini trigger sprayer is ready-made packaging for facial toners, hydrosols and refreshing mists, hair sprays or solutions for cleaning brushes and work surfaces. Aluminium is lightweight, does not break when dropped and does not let light through, so light-sensitive contents stay protected wherever the bottle stands. The silver metal with the matte black sprayer and smooth collar has a cohesive look, so it suits small brands as well as your own bathroom shelf.

Both the bottle and the sprayer are declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics, and the declaration of conformity is available with the product. The set as a whole is not approved for contact with food.

What it is suitable for

• Toners and hydrosols – water-based solutions suit the mini trigger sprayer best, as it dispenses them evenly and finely.
• Face and body mists – thin water-based blends with moisturising ingredients, applied to the skin as a spray.
• Hair sprays and leave-in conditioners – thin liquids sprayed directly onto the hair.
• Working solutions – for example an alcohol solution for disinfecting a work surface or a solution for cleaning brushes in a production area.

The mini trigger sprayer does not dispense thick emulsions, gels and pure oils evenly. For such contents, pumps or bottles with other closures are more suitable.

Volume and filling

The nominal volume of 100 ml is the amount the bottle is designed for during normal filling. The total brim-full volume is slightly larger and you can find it in the parameters. The difference between the two values is a reserve for the sprayer dip tube and for the expansion of the contents when the temperature changes. Fill only up to the nominal volume. If the bottle is filled right up to the neck, the contents will leak around the thread after the sprayer is screwed on.

Sprayer and dispensing

The mini trigger sprayer dispenses approximately 0.35 ml per press. It has a smooth collar without protrusions, is easy to wipe and looks clean even with frequent use. If you prefer a different closure, all closures with the same neck type fit the bottle, and you will find ready-made combinations in our range. With your own combination, we recommend checking the seal and the behaviour with your specific formulation.

Preparation and reuse

Before the first filling, rinse the bottle and the sprayer with clean water, disinfect them with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and leave them to dry completely. After disinfection, pump clean water through the sprayer several times so that no alcohol remains in the dip tube. Repeat the procedure when changing the contents, as residues of the previous product in the dip tube could contaminate the new filling.

Aluminium withstands being dropped, but a strong impact will leave a dent in the wall of the bottle. This does not affect its function, but you should take it into account when packing your own products for sale. We recommend checking the compatibility of aluminium with your specific formulation, especially with low- or high-pH contents, in the finished product before a larger production run.

At the end of its life, the aluminium bottle belongs in metal waste and the polypropylene plastic sprayer in plastics. Separate the two parts before disposal.
