Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be reused provided basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly washed, cleaned of residues of the original product and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry and ventilated is it suitable to proceed with new filling.

How should I correctly recycle the glass vial and aluminium cap if I no longer use them?

Before recycling, we recommend emptying the packaging and rinsing it where possible. After cleaning, the glass part can be sorted into the glass container, while the aluminium cap belongs in the container for metal packaging, unless the product parameters or local sorting rules state otherwise. Specific recommendations for recycling can be found in the parameter table for the given product on the website. By following this procedure, you support the reuse of materials and reduce the amount of waste.

What should I pay attention to when filling the bottle with concentrated or active substances?

When working with concentrated substances, we recommend following the technological recommendations of the raw material supplier and proceeding according to the principles of good manufacturing practice. Fill the bottle on a clean work surface, use clean working tools and make sure that no impurities or water get into the packaging if the formulation does not allow it. After filling, check the tightness of the closure and for new formulas perform a stability and compatibility test to verify the behaviour of the product during storage.
