FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed; however, we recommend always reserving it for the same type of product. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After it has completely dried, the bottle is ready to be refilled.

How to safely clean the plastic bottle and dispenser before further use?

First, rinse the packaging and the dispenser mechanically with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, and then rinse them thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces with an alcohol solution, for example from the range of isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Allow the packaging to dry completely at room temperature, without a direct heat source, in order to preserve the shape and functionality of the plastic and the dosing mechanism.

Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or pots that will correspond to the character of your product and the method of application.

What should be considered when using plastic packaging made of PET material?

If the packaging is made of PET material, it is important to avoid high temperatures that can lead to its deformation or loss of dimensional stability. PET bottles are not suitable for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher and they should not be exposed to direct radiant heat or long-term action of hot liquids. We recommend using them only within the temperature range specified in the technical documentation of the product, and when cleaning, to choose rather lukewarm water in combination with mild cleaning agents.

How to correctly recycle or dispose of the plastic bottle if I no longer want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first completely emptying it and removing the product residues as thoroughly as possible. Then follow the material marking indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging – according to the type of plastic, place the bottle, and if applicable the dispenser separately, into the appropriate sorted waste stream according to local collection rules. If, for various reasons, it is not possible to sort the packaging, dispose of it in mixed municipal waste. Always prefer recycling to regular waste in order to reduce environmental burden.
