How can I pay for my order?

You can choose to pay by card or by bank transfer. If you choose the method of paying by bank transfer, please wait for invoice  and all bank details. We usually send those details with invoice within 24 hours after purchasing (except for weekend and bank holidays).

How can I learn about your wholesale conditions and prices?

For wholesale you will need to register on our website. We typically only approve wholesale accounts to customers who work with natural cosmetics. After you sign in to your customer account, you will see our wholesale prices. If we are not able to approve your request to become a wholesale partner, you can still benefit by becoming a registered customer.

The more you buy, the better price we can offer to you. However, please keep in mind that in the case of a bulky or heavy shipment, we need to take this into account when calculating the international shipping cost.


What can I do if my billing details on my invoice are incorrect?
