Cotton candle wicks – the WEDO series in three lines

Cotton wicks are the all-round basis for container and pillar candles: they burn with a steady, quiet flame, and the graded sizes make the output easy to tune. The category holds 47 items from the WEDO series in three lines – EKO, Stabilo and LX – together with metal wick tabs. Every product is supplied with SDS and COA documentation.

WEDO EKO

The WEDO EKO line covers sizes Eko-1 to Eko-14 (14 items). The wicks can be bought singly for testing and in packs of 100 for production.

WEDO Stabilo

The widest line, WEDO Stabilo (21 items), offers sizes 2 to 20 — the standard version in sizes 8 – 20, sizes 2 and 4 only as versions without a tab, and a wick intended for tea lights (size 2). Packs: single, 100 and 1,000 pieces.

WEDO LX

The WEDO LX line (9 items) rounds out the range with sizes 14, 20 and 24, again singly and in packs of 100 and 1,000.

Tabs and sizing

For centring, 1.5 cm metal wick tabs are on hand in packs of 10, 100 and 1,000. When choosing a size the rule is this: start at a lower output and work up gradually; with higher fragrance loads or dark colourants consider going one size up, and always run a burn test with the actual formulation.
