A white plastic bottle with a capacity of 100 ml and a disc top cap in a matte rose-gold finish is a ready-to-use set for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products dispensed by squeezing the bottle. It is particularly suitable for shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions and cleansing gels — products used in the bathroom that need to be opened with one hand.

The bottle is made of PET, a lightweight plastic resistant to breakage, making it safer than glass in the shower or on the go. How the set works

The disc top cap opens by pressing one side of the disc, which flips the dispensing opening on the opposite side. The product is dispensed by gently squeezing the bottle; after use, the disc is pressed back and the opening closes. The cap does not unscrew during normal use, so it cannot be lost.

The outer shell of the cap is made of aluminium with a matte rose-gold surface; the inner part and white centre are made of polypropylene.

Suitable product types

The disc top is designed for contents that flow but are not completely runny. It works best with gels, liquid soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions and thinner emulsions. Water-thin liquids such as tonics or hydrosols flow through the opening quickly and the dose is difficult to control. Thick creams and butters, on the other hand, are hard to push through the small opening and leave a larger residue in the bottle.

A 100 ml volume corresponds to travel-size packaging, trial sizes or products used in smaller doses.

Nominal and total volume

The nominal volume is the volume for which the bottle is intended under standard filling conditions. The total brim-full volume is the physical capacity up to the neck and is slightly larger. The difference provides headspace for the cap and for expansion of the contents with temperature changes. The bottle should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim.

Useful information

Before first use, it is recommended to wash both the bottle and cap, disinfect with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allow to dry completely. Residual water inside the packaging unnecessarily burdens the preservative system of the product.

PET should be filled cold or at a slightly elevated temperature. Hot product may deform the bottle, so it is advisable to let it cool before filling.

The set is declared suitable for contact with cosmetic products. Food-contact certification applies to the plastic bottle individually; the set as a whole is intended for cosmetic use.

Dimensions required for label design are listed in the parameters of the individual components. Standard self-adhesive labels adhere well to the smooth PET surface; for products used in the shower, a waterproof material is recommended.
