Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the pump, and then disinfecting them with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetal. Only after all parts are completely dry is it appropriate to refill the packaging.

For what type of cosmetic products is this pump bottle most suitable?

The bottle is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations that are dosed in smaller quantities – for example facial toners, liquid soaps, body lotions, emulsion-based moisturising preparations or hand disinfectant solutions. Before final use, we recommend checking the behaviour of the pump with the specific recipe (smoothness of dosing, foam, possible clogging).

How should I properly clean the bottle before first use and between fillings?

Before first use and between repeated fillings, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution and thoroughly removing all residues of the previous product. It is then necessary to disinfect the packaging – rinsing or spraying with a disinfectant alcohol is suitable, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with Ethanol 96% denatured vegetal. After complete drying, you can use the packaging again. It is advisable to rinse the pump regularly and let it dry to prevent clogging.
