Is this bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the pump must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96%. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination of the new formulation and helps preserve its quality during storage and use.

Can I clean the bottle in a dishwasher or boil it?

The plastic material of the packaging is not intended to be exposed to very high temperatures. Washing in a dishwasher, boiling, or prolonged contact with hot water may lead to deformation of the bottle body and damage to the thread or functional parts of the pump. For cleaning, we recommend hand washing in mildly warm water with a suitable detergent, thorough rinsing, and subsequent disinfection with the recommended alcohol-based preparations before each new filling.

How should I correctly dispose of and recycle this packaging if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. According to the material designation given in the product parameters on the website, the individual parts (bottle body, pump, any inserts or protective caps) must be placed in the appropriate containers for plastic or mixed waste if the particular part is not recyclable. Before placing it in sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging and minimize product residues so that recycling is as efficient as possible.
