It is advisable to pump the alcohol through the spray pump itself so that the internal part of the system is cleaned and disinfected.

If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle can usually, after basic rinsing, be placed in the container intended for metal waste, while the plastic spray pump is typically sorted among plastics. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable that the packaging is free from product residues and basically cleaned. The bottle is suitable for most common cosmetic and hygiene formulations, including products containing alcohol or essential oils. However, considering the differing composition of formulations, we recommend carrying out your own test – fill a smaller amount of product and observe the behaviour of the packaging and the spray pump (sealing, functionality, changes in appearance or any possible leakage) over several days.
