The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical packaging for cosmetic and cleaning formulations where gentle and even application of the product is important. Thanks to the integrated mechanical sprayer, it is suitable for packing liquids that require dispersion in the form of a mist or spray, which increases user comfort as well as dosing accuracy.
The packaging is designed for liquid products with low to medium viscosity and is ideal where practical dosing without contact with the contents is needed. The darker shade of the bottle helps to limit light access to the filling, which can contribute to better stability of light-sensitive cosmetic formulations.
This product represents a combination of bottle and sprayer designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed and it is handled appropriately. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying and airing is the packaging ready for the next filling.
The bottle with sprayer is optimal for liquid products that need to be applied in the form of a fine spray. These are mainly facial and body waters, hydrolats, hair toners, air fresheners, textile sprays and light cleaning solutions. Before filling thicker or oily blends, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in combination with the sprayer to ensure smooth functioning of the mechanism.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then thoroughly rinsing it with clean water. It is advisable to flush the sprayer several times, while spraying part of the cleaning solution through the mechanism to remove residues of the previous filling. After mechanical cleaning, disinfect the packaging with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % of plant origin. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with sprayer, we recommend that after emptying it and performing basic cleaning, you place it in sorted waste according to the material marking given in the product parameters. The bottle and sprayer may be made from different types of plastics, therefore it is advisable to follow the recycling symbol and local waste sorting rules. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove product residues and compress the packaging so that it takes up less space. By recycling, you contribute to more efficient handling of raw materials and to reducing the amount of municipal waste.
