FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this bottle suitable for thicker or oil-based products?

The bottle is intended primarily for liquid and medium-viscosity preparations, such as toners, facial and hair lotions, lighter oil blends or thin emulsions. For thicker products, we recommend choosing a suitable type of closure or dispenser that ensures comfortable dosing, and always performing a trial filling to verify the flow and dose accuracy for the specific formula.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly?

The container can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This procedure minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of the stability of the new fill being affected by residues of the previous product.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the container before further use?

Before reuse, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with clean water, and allowing it to dry thoroughly. After the mechanical cleaning of the container, it is advisable to use an alcohol-based disinfectant – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Leave the disinfectant on the surface for the recommended contact time and, before filling, ensure that the internal surfaces are dry and free from residues of cleaning agents.

How should I correctly recycle the bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material stated in the parameter table for the product. Before placing it in the separate collection, empty the bottle, remove any product residues and separate the individual parts of the packaging (plastic body, any internal plastic component, aluminium cap). Then place the individual components into the appropriate containers in line with locally applicable waste sorting rules, so that the material can be efficiently recovered in the recycling process.
