Is it possible to use this jar repeatedly?

The jar can be used repeatedly, provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the container, then drying it thoroughly and disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial spoilage of the new fill and prolongs its stability.

How should I properly clean the jar before re-use?

First mechanically remove the residues of the original product, then, depending on the type of formulation, wash with a suitable cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly with potable water. After complete drying we recommend disinfecting the inner surface using an alcohol solution (ALK001 or ALK002) applied by spraying or wiping. Before new filling, make sure that there is no moisture or cleaning agent residue left in the jar or in the lid.

Is this jar suitable for professional use in cosmetic production?

The jar is also suitable for small and medium cosmetic brands that are looking for reliable and visually clean packaging for their creams, butters or balms. In practice it proves successful for manual filling as well as for smaller semi-professional filling devices. Before introducing it into serial production we always recommend performing your own tests of filling, closing and long-term product stability.

How can I dispose of the jar in an environmentally friendly way if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to use the jar further, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters for this packaging. By following the recommended recycling symbol you support efficient processing of the material in collection systems. Before placing it in the container, it is advisable to remove any product residues and labels, if the material allows it.
