Clear round plastic bottle, disc top cap, matte rose gold, 500 ml

A transparent plastic bottle with a capacity of 500 ml and a disc top cap is designed for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products dispensed in small amounts directly into the palm. It is particularly suited for shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps, conditioners, body lotions, and massage oils. The bottle is made of PET, making it lightweight and shatter-resistant — a practical advantage in the bathroom, in the shower, and when shipping finished products.

The clear material reveals the colour and consistency of the contents. It works well for products where appearance is part of the impression, such as coloured gels or two-phase formulations. The cap in a rose-gold matte finish with a white centre gives the bottle a polished look without any additional decoration.

How the set works

The disc top cap opens by pressing down on one side of the disc, which flips open the dispensing hole on the opposite side. The contents are dispensed by squeezing the bottle, and pressing the disc back closes the packaging again. The entire operation can be handled with one hand. The cap does not unscrew during use, so there is nothing to lose.

• Small-quantity dispensing – the opening in the cap releases a narrow stream, so the contents do not pour out all at once, even with thinner formulations.
• Flexible bottle walls – PET can be squeezed and returns to its original shape when released, making it easier to dispense thicker gels and lotions.
• Visible fill level – the clear wall always shows how much product remains.
• Round shape – the smooth cylindrical body provides a continuous surface for a label.

Which products it is suited for

The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics and is intended for cosmetic products.

It dispenses products best when they flow freely or can be squeezed out easily. In addition to shampoos, gels, and lotions, these include micellar waters, cleansing gels, and thinner oils. Very thick creams, butters, and pastes are difficult to dispense through a disc top opening and leave a lot of residue in the bottle. For those, a jar or pot is more appropriate.

Nominal and total volume

Nominal volume is the amount the bottle is intended to hold under normal filling conditions. Total brim-full volume is the physical capacity up to the neck and is slightly larger. The difference between them provides a reserve for the cap and for expansion of the contents with temperature changes. The bottle should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim.

Good to know

Before first use, wash both the bottle and the cap, disinfect with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and allow to dry completely. Residual water inside the packaging increases the risk of microbial contamination, especially in water-based products.

For products with a higher proportion of essential oils, alcohol, or solvents, we recommend carrying out a compatibility test. Fill the bottle and leave it to stand for several weeks, monitoring the shape and clarity of the wall, the scent of the contents, and the seal of the cap.

Dimensions needed for label design can be found in the product parameters. Labels should be applied to a dry and degreased surface, ideally before filling or on a thoroughly wiped bottle.

The bottle is made of PET plastic; the cap combines aluminium and plastic. They should therefore be sorted separately after emptying.
