Extra range liquid dyes

The Extra range offers 45 liquid glycerine dyes in 15 shades — from soft pink, light orange and strawberry to dark violet, dark brown and dark green. Every shade comes in 10, 50 and 100 ml packs, so you can start with a small sample and move up to a larger pack for regular production.

The dyes spread through the mass quickly and need no dispersing beforehand: stir them into a transparent soap base, shampoo, shower gel or bath salt and the colour homogenises without lumps or sediment. Dose at 0.1–1% of the product's weight, gradually in small amounts; in emulsions, add the dye to the water phase before emulsifying. The shades are mutually miscible — check your own combinations on a test batch.

We do not recommend these dyes for cold process soaps — in an alkaline environment they can shift shade; powder colourants are the better fit.
