A clear 750 ml plastic bottle with a black trigger sprayer is a ready-to-use set for liquid preparations applied by spraying in larger quantities and consumed quickly. Suitable for cleaning and disinfecting solutions, fabric and air fresheners, hair water in salons, moistening when working with clay or soap, or everyday water spraying. Both parts share the same 28/410 neck finish.

The transparent wall shows the contents and their level, so you can see at a glance how much product remains. The plastic is lightweight and shatterproof, which you will appreciate at this volume and when carrying it frequently by hand. The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics. Why a trigger sprayer on a large bottle

• Larger dose per press – the trigger mechanism dispenses approximately 1.3 ml, significantly more than a small pump sprayer. You can cover the surface of a table, mirror, or hair with just a few presses.
• Comfortable operation – the trigger is operated with the whole palm rather than a single finger, so the hand tires less during prolonged use.
• Stable bottle – the rounded shape with a wide base stands firmly even when only partially filled.
• All-plastic sprayer – no metal spring in contact with the contents, which reduces the risk of corrosion with aqueous and mildly acidic solutions.

How to work with the set

The bottle is filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim. The nominal volume is the quantity the container is designed for during standard filling. The total volume to the brim is the physical capacity up to the neck and is always slightly larger. The difference provides clearance for the dip tube and for movement of the contents during handling.

The trigger sprayer is designed for low-viscosity liquids: aqueous solutions, hydrolates, tonics, diluted cleaning preparations, and alcohol solutions. Thick gels, emulsions, or undiluted oils strain the mechanism, produce an inconsistent dose, and clog the nozzle. Preparations containing fine particles or sediment should be filtered before filling.

When using for the first time, press the trigger several times without dispensing until the mechanism fills with liquid and begins to spray evenly. After filling, tighten the closure by hand, without tools. Over-tightening will damage the plastic thread.

Suitable preparations

• Home cleaning products – all-purpose cleaners, solutions with vinegar, soda or citric acid, surfactant-based degreasers.
• Disinfecting solutions – solutions of ethanol or isopropyl alcohol for disinfecting work surfaces, moulds and tools in cosmetics production.
• Hairdressing and salon use – spraying water or hair tonic when cutting and styling hair.
• Production aid – spraying alcohol onto the surface of cold-process soap to prevent soda ash, moistening the mass when working with clay or bath bombs.
• Fabric and air fresheners – water-based solutions with a dissolved fragrance component, used up within weeks.

For leave-on cosmetic preparations intended for facial skin, a 750 ml volume is generally too large. For tonics and facial mists, smaller bottles with a pump sprayer are more appropriate.

Good to know

Preparation before first filling. Wash both the bottle and the sprayer with warm water, rinse with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol, and allow to dry completely. After disinfection, flush the sprayer with clean water by pressing several times to remove any residual alcohol from the mechanism.

Essential oils and solvents. Plastic is sensitive to undiluted essential oils, aromatic solvents, and strong organic substances. For preparations with a higher proportion of essential oils or containing solvents, we recommend testing the container's behaviour with a small sample. Watch for cloudiness, softening of the bottle wall, or changes in sprayer function. Aqueous and alcoholic solutions with a standard proportion of fragrance components do not harm the plastic.

Temperature. Fill the contents at room temperature. Hot solutions will deform the bottle and may damage the sprayer seal.

Leak-tightness during transport. The trigger sprayer is not designed for transporting a filled bottle in a bag or on its side. If you need to carry the container, check leak-tightness in advance with the specific contents and transport the bottle upright.

Reuse and recycling. Both parts can be reused after thorough washing and drying. When changing the filling, flush the sprayer with clean water by pressing it empty to prevent residues of different preparations from mixing inside. At the end of their service life, both the bottle and the sprayer belong in sorted plastic waste collection.

Labelling. Apply self-adhesive labels to a dry, degreased surface of the bottle.
