Transparent round plastic bottle with black disc top is a practical and professional packaging solution for a wide range of liquid cosmetic products and homemade formulations. Thanks to its transparent design, it allows good visual control of the contents and their pure colour, which is advantageous both for presenting the finished product and for dosing. The integrated disc top closure ensures convenient and controlled use of the contents, thereby minimising unwanted spillage and waste.
The packaging is designed for formulations where easy handling, safe storage and the aesthetic appearance of the finished product are important. Combined with suitable labelling and branding, the bottle looks professional and is suitable for small artisan brands as well as for test runs and smaller production batches.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a disc top closure, which provides convenient opening and dosing of the contents by gently pressing the top part. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging system will work reliably with your particular product.

The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or with 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your product in the packaging.
When caring for the plastic packaging, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures, which pose a risk of deformation of the packaging. Do not wash the bottle in a dishwasher and do not boil it. For regular cleaning, it is sufficient to wash it with a mild detergent in lukewarm water and then rinse it. Before each reuse, we recommend disinfecting the bottle with a suitable alcohol-based product and allowing it to dry thoroughly.
The disc top closure is ideal for liquid and medium-viscosity products, such as toners, light emulsions, body lotions and shower gels. For very thick formulations, dosing may be less comfortable, so we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific product in the bottle and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity or choosing a different type of packaging or dosing system from the range on Handymade.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before recycling, empty the bottle, rinse out any remaining contents if necessary and separate the closure if it is made from a different material. The packaging prepared in this way should then be disposed of in the appropriate plastic container in accordance with local waste sorting rules.
