Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the bottle and closure to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the prepared product.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the packaging before re-use?

Before re-use, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing it thoroughly with water and allowing it to drain. After mechanical cleaning, carry out disinfection of the inner surface and the closure using an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). Spread the disinfectant evenly or rinse the interior of the bottle, allow it to act and then let the packaging air dry. The packaging is not suitable for boiling or for cleaning in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation of the plastic.

What should I pay attention to when using plastic packaging made of PET material?

For bottles made of PET material it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures. PET is not suitable for boiling, sterilization with hot water or washing in a dishwasher, because at elevated temperatures there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of its functional properties. It is recommended to store the packaging away from direct sunlight and heat sources and to use it at temperatures that are common for cosmetic products intended for everyday use.

How can I dispose of or recycle this bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle and closure any further, we recommend recycling them according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the page. Before sorting, it is advisable to remove product residues, rinse the bottle and separate the closure if it is made of a different material than the body of the packaging.
