The plastic bottle with a gold disc-top cap represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various liquid and semi-liquid products, especially in the field of cosmetics and personal care. Thanks to the durable plastic material, the packaging is lightweight, unbreakable and suitable for everyday use at home as well as when travelling. The disc-top system allows convenient dispensing of the contents without unscrewing the cap, which minimizes the risk of contamination and increases user comfort. The darker shade of the bottle helps protect more sensitive formulations from external influences and contributes to longer product stability.
This packaging is supplied as a ready-made combination of bottle and disc-top cap, prepared for immediate filling. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially in the case of more aggressive or atypical compositions.

Before implementation in production we recommend testing the packaging with your own formulation, in order to verify stability, compatibility of the material with the contents and dispensing comfort during normal use.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed, especially within your own production or when refilling the same type of product. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean and disinfect the bottle and the disc-top cap thoroughly. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for refilling.
First mechanically remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then rinse the bottle and the cap again with clean water and let them drain. After drying, apply disinfection – treat the inside of the packaging and the inner surfaces of the cap with alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). After disinfection let the alcohol evaporate completely. Only then is the packaging suitable for refilling, ideally with the same or a similar type of product.
Plastic packaging of this type is intended for filling and storage at normal room or slightly elevated temperatures. It is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, for example during boiling, sterilization in boiling water or dishwashing in a dishwasher. When the recommended temperatures are exceeded, deformation of the walls or the thread may occur, which negatively affects the sealing of the cap and the overall functionality of the packaging. We therefore recommend filling only after slight cooling of emulsions or solutions and avoiding long-term exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk. First empty the remaining contents as thoroughly as possible. Then it is advisable to separate the actual container from the cap so that the individual parts can be sorted according to the material used (information on the material composition can be found in the product parameters). Place the components prepared in this way into the appropriate containers intended for separated waste collection. Thanks to proper recycling you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.

In this way you can easily choose a bottle, jar or other container that will correspond to your formulation, the required volume and the visual style of your brand. For non-standard formulations we recommend performing your own compatibility test before placing the final order.
