Plastic bottle with white dispenser represents a practical packaging for liquid and slightly viscous preparations, suitable for artisanal as well as small-scale production. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a reliable pump system, it ensures convenient, controlled dispensing without unnecessary product waste. This type of packaging is ideal for filling various cosmetic formulations that require hygienic application directly from the dispenser.
The bottle is designed to withstand well the normal conditions of use in a bathroom, beauty salon or household, while the pump allows precise dosing even during long-term use. Thanks to its practical shape, the bottle sits comfortably in the hand and takes up a minimum amount of space on shelves or in a transport box. The packaging is suitable for cosmetic manufacturers, hobby creators and artisanal brands that are looking for functional and aesthetic packaging for their products.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser that is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase separate components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfecting solution has completely dried is the packaging ready for a new filling.
First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and mild soap and removing all residues of the original product. It is then suitable to apply an alcohol-based disinfectant – it is practical to use isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. It is important to let the alcohol act and evaporate completely so that no odour or liquid residue remains in the packaging. For the dispenser, it is advisable to press the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant reaches the entire system.
Before recycling, we recommend emptying the bottle and rinsing it so that no product residues remain. It is then advisable to separate the plastic container from the dispenser if, according to the designation in the product parameters, they are made from different types of plastics. Depending on the material used, the bottle body is usually placed in the container for sorted plastic waste, and the dispenser can be sorted according to local waste management rules. If you are not sure, follow the recycling symbols given with the product and the recommendations of your waste collection company.
This type of packaging is most suitable for liquid and semi-liquid formulations that are well dispensed with a pump – for example body and face lotions, liquid soaps, hydrating gels, light emulsions for body and hands, after-sun preparations or hair tonics. For thicker creams, it is always important to test in advance whether the selected formula passes through the dispensing mechanism smoothly and without excessive pressure.
When selecting a suitable bottle, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. You can access it after clicking on the relevant category in the e‑shop; the advanced filter is located at the top of the page above the products. In it you can combine several parameters at once – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, the colour or the material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to those packages that best match your formulation and the intended method of use.
