Bali Body Spa Fragrance Oil, 10 ml

Bali Body Spa fragrance oil is a perfume composition for scenting bath and body products, candles, and home fragrances. It is added in small amounts to the finished mass and serves a single purpose in the formulation — it provides fragrance.

Suitable for both rinse-off and leave-on products, from shower gel through body butter to a container candle. The same fragrance can thus connect an entire product range of one brand.

Key properties

• One raw material for an entire product range – the same fragrance can connect shower gel, body oil, bath salt, and a candle within a single product line.
• Solubility in oil and alcohol – blends directly into anhydrous and oil-based products; in aqueous formulations a solubiliser is required, as it does not dissolve in water.
• Cold processing – added during the cooling phase at temperatures below 40 °C to prevent loss of volatile fragrance components.
• Free from animal-derived materials – the product contains no animal raw materials, is not tested on animals for cosmetic purposes, and is paraben-free.

Use in formulation

The fragrance oil is added as the last ingredient once the mass has cooled. In emulsions, this is the cooling phase after emulsification is complete. In body oils and balms, it is sufficient to stir it into the finished oil phase. The recommended processing temperature is below 40 °C.

In aqueous products such as shower gels, bath foams, or body sprays, the oil is first premixed with a solubiliser and only then incorporated into the water phase. Without a solubiliser it separates and floats on the surface. In bath salts it is mixed directly into the salt and left to absorb.

For candles, the oil is added to the wax only after removing it from the heat, as the wax cools before pouring. In diffusers and aroma lamps it is used as the fragrance component of a home scent.

• Body care – body creams, lotions, oils, butters, and scrubs.
• Bar and liquid soaps – IFRA category 9 covers soaps and all rinse-off cleansing preparations.
• Candles – all candle types including container candles.
• Diffusers and aromatherapy – reed diffusers and aroma lamps.

Good to know

The composition contains fragrance allergens listed in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. If you manufacture cosmetics for sale, allergens above the specified limits must be declared in the ingredient list of the finished product. Their list and proportions are in the product documentation.

The product is subject to the CLP regulation, classified with GHS07, GHS08, and GHS09 pictograms and contains hazardous substances. Details on safe handling are in the Safety Data Sheet. The oil does not contain intentionally added microplastics, nanomaterials, or GMO components.
