The plastic bottle with glossy surface and white pump represents a practical solution for dispensing a wide range of liquid preparations, especially in the body, facial and hair care segments. The ergonomically shaped container allows comfortable gripping and controlled pressing of the pump, making it suitable for packaging products where precise and hygienic dosing is important. The packaging construction supports stability during storage and use and is designed to protect the contents from external influences under normal use.
The packaging is ideal for liquid and lightly viscous formulations that require regular and even application – from cosmetic emulsions to cleaning solutions for household or professional use. The combination of bottle and pump ensures comfortable use, minimizes excessive product waste and supports cleanliness of the bottle neck and the working environment.
This product represents a combination of bottle and pump, which is designed as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, pump and all parts must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usability of the contents for further use.
First it is advisable to disassemble the packaging into accessible parts (bottle, pump, suction tube) and rinse them mechanically with warm water and a mild detergent until all residues of the original product have been removed. After thorough rinsing with clean water, disinfection with an alcohol solution follows (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant). The packaging must be allowed to dry completely at room temperature and only then filled with a new preparation.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended for cleaning at very high temperatures. Exposure to hot water, steam cycle or boiling may lead to deformation of the shape, deterioration of the closure sealing and an overall decrease in the mechanical stability of the packaging. Washing them in a dishwasher is likewise not recommended. For gentle cleaning it is appropriate to use lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the contents and, if necessary, rinse the packaging from coarse product residues. Then place the bottle and pump in the appropriate container according to local plastic collection rules. Following the recommended sorting helps to use the material effectively in further processing and reduces the amount of waste.

Pump dosing is ideal for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations where an accurate dose and comfortable application are important. In practice this concerns mainly body and face milks, cleansing gels, creamy emulsions, leave-in hair care products or disinfectant solutions for hands. The dosing mechanism helps maintain cleanliness of the bottle neck, limits excessive product waste and is also suitable for professional use in salons where preparations are used repeatedly throughout the day.
