Is it possible to use this glass bottle repeatedly?
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
For what type of products is the dropper bottle most suitable?
The bottle with dropper is ideal for liquid products where precise and controlled dosing in drops is important. In practice, it is used mainly for facial and body oils, serums, oil blends with active ingredients, caring oils for nails or eyelashes, or aromatherapeutic blends intended for external application. It is also suitable for test and sample packaging of smaller volumes.
How should I correctly clean the glass bottle and dropper before the next use?
First, mechanically remove the remainder of the product and rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then we recommend disinfecting the packaging using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %, while avoiding prolonged contact of the alcohol with rubber and plastic parts. After disinfection, allow the glass body and dropper to dry completely with the neck facing down on a clean surface. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for a new filling.
How can I safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, first remove the product residues according to the nature of the contents and rinse the glass body of the bottle. Then sort the glass part into the container intended for glass according to local waste-sorting rules. The closure with dropper usually consists of a combination of several materials (plastic, rubber, possibly metal), so it is safest to place it in mixed waste, unless the local recycling system states otherwise.
